- In the 12th month, the difference between what you paid and what you used is compared, and your account is credited or billed according to this difference.
- For the next 12 month cycle, a new budget bill amount will be calculated based on average usage from the most recent 12 months.
- Periodically your usage and payments will be compared to make any necessary adjustments.
