View and Pay Online The very first time you use our online services, you will need to fill out an online user registration form that includes entering the first 5 digits of your electric account number, as well as other information that only you as a member will know. Please have your account number available. For your security, we are verifying that you are the person registering for this account number. If you have problems registering, please call 800-421-0283 or 715-646-2191 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Option 7, to speak with a member service representative or e-mail.
Please help us serve you promptly by ensuring the following are received in our Centuria or Siren office as quickly as possible:
- Completed Account Change Request with consumer deposit option chosen
- Completed and signed Application for Electric Service & Co-Op Membership.
