Update your mailing address, home phone number, cell phone number and/or email address. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. Update contact information on SmartHub. All members are invited to enroll in SmartHub, where you can manage your account information, track your electricity use and pay your bills at your convenience on your computer or mobile device.
2. Update your information on our website. and select Update Electric Contact Information under My Electric Account.
3. Call automated phone system 24/7: 715-646-2191, option 2, then option 4 (phone number updates only).
4. Call our billing department during office hours: 800-421-0283, ext. 335.
