It is important to keep your contact information up to date to improve our ability to contact you with important information, provide better, faster customer service and faster outage response. Updates made to your profile on our website will NOT update your electric account information in our office. Please call our office at 800-421-0283 or click on the link below with changes to your contact information such as mailing address, home/work/cell phone numbers, fax number or e-mail address. ONLINE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT

The very first time you use our online services, you will need to fill out an online user registration form that includes entering the first 5 digits of your electric account number, as well as other information that only you as a member will know, so please have your account number available when you register. For your security, we are verifying that you are the person registering for this account number. If you have problems registering, please call 800-421-0283 or 715-646-2191 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and select Option 7 to speak with a billing representative.
