The Energy Sense rebate program was approved by the board as an incentive to help members conserve energy, preserve our environment and lower energy bills.
All Polk-Burnett rebates must be submitted to Polk-Burnett no later than JANUARY 3, 2013. We advise you to submit rebate claims as soon as the product is purchased. Rebates are subject to change without notice. Rebates are in effect through December 31, 2012, or until funds, by incentive or total, are depleted.
Rebates will not exceed the purchase cost of the product
