Please be aware that any member request for disconnection or reconnection of service is subject to a fee of $90 for disconnection and $90 for reconnection. Requests can be made using our Member Request to Disconnect Service Form.
If your account is simply transferring from one name to another, please use the Account Change Request Form. Then, contact us at 800-421-0283, ext. 335, about a week prior to moving to enable us to discontinue or transfer your service when needed.
