WILL CALL – Deliveries are initiated by you, the customer. You are required to give a five business-day notice when the tank reads 20-30%. If an immediate delivery is needed, Polk-Burnett will do its best to accommodate; however, extra charges will be assessed.

AUTO FILL (FT residence or business only) – Deliveries are scheduled by Polk-Burnett in an effort to maintain uninterrupted propane service, providing your account is current.
     note: AUTO FILL is just an estimate. It uses past usage history and heating degree days to estimate how much propane you are most likely using. If you have heavy sporadic or inconsistent usage our estimate will not be accurate. We ask that you periodically check your tank and call/email updated tank percentages if there are changes/spikes in usage or if you find your tank at 20-30%.  We also request that you keep us updated on the addition or removal of propane appliances.

IMPORTANT:  If you are interested in auto fill for a seasonal or PT residence, tank monitor installation is required ($6/mth billed annually in May or prorated once monitor has been installed).
